Norfolk Home Information Pack Portal (NHIPP) is a Database for our clients.

NHIPP has been designed to be user friendly and allows you to print, copy and track the progress of your Home Information Pack (HIP) from start to finish.

All clients will receive their own secure password by email notification and can log on at any time to view their documents.

The EPC will be made available within 24 hours after the assessment date and the Home Information Pack will be completed within 5 to 10 working days of instruction. (Subject to local council’s search policy).
